CSV format requirements
Your CSV file should include the following columns. Only product_name and your_price are required -- all other columns are optional but recommended for better tracking accuracy.

Step-by-step import guide
- Prepare your CSV file Download the sample template above or create your own CSV with the required columns. Save as UTF-8 encoded CSV.
- Sign in to your dashboard Go to your PriceEdge dashboard. If you do not have an account yet, create a free one -- it takes under a minute.
- Navigate to Products and click Import In the Products section, click the "Import CSV" button. Drag and drop your file or click to browse.
- Map your columns PriceEdge automatically detects column headers. Verify that each column is mapped correctly and adjust if needed.
- Review and confirm Preview the first 10 rows to make sure everything looks correct. Click "Import" to begin. PriceEdge starts tracking competitor prices immediately.
Tips for best results
Include competitor URLs
The more competitor URLs you provide, the faster PriceEdge can start delivering price comparisons. Without URLs, PriceEdge uses product names and UPCs to discover competitors automatically, which may take longer.
Add cost data for margin tracking
Including your cost of goods enables PriceEdge to show you real margins at every price point and protect you from repricing below profitability.
Set price floors and ceilings
Define minimum and maximum prices to keep repricing recommendations within your acceptable range. This is especially important for MAP-compliant products.
Keep your file under 10,000 rows
For best import performance, split large catalogs into multiple files of 10,000 products or fewer. Each import processes in under 30 seconds.
