PriceEdge provides competitor price monitoring for e-commerce sellers. We scan publicly available pricing data on websites you specify. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of web scraping complies with the terms of service of websites you monitor.
You must provide a valid email address. You are responsible for all activity under your account. PriceEdge uses passwordless magic links — we never store your password because there isn't one. Keep your email account secure; anyone with access to your email can access your PriceEdge account.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Prices are in USD. You may cancel at any time from the Billing page — your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

Your data is stored on Hetzner servers in the EU. We collect your email address and the product/competitor URLs you submit. We do not sell your data. PriceEdge is operated by a US-based team. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scraping results depend on third-party websites — competitor sites may block scraping, change structure, or go offline. We will use reasonable efforts to maintain scan accuracy but cannot guarantee competitor price data is always available or current.
PriceEdge is provided "as is." We are not liable for pricing decisions you make based on our data, lost revenue, or any indirect damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding a claim.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified via email. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
