30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Simple promise: If you are not satisfied with PriceEdge for any reason, request a full refund within 30 days of your first payment. No questions asked.

We want you to feel confident trying PriceEdge. If the product does not meet your expectations within the first 30 days of a paid subscription, we will refund your payment in full.

Eligibility

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of your first paid subscription charge
Refunds apply to the most recent monthly payment only
Free plan users are not charged and therefore not eligible for refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method via Stripe

How to Request a Refund

Email support@pricing.benchra.net with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your refund within 5 business days.

After 30 Days

After the initial 30-day window, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel your plan at any time from the Billing page and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
